NYSDEC Endorsed 4-Hour Erosion and Sediment Control (E&SC) Training

J. Robert Folchetti & Associates has been endorsed by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) to offer an online, four-hour training class that satisfies a New York State requirement regulating stormwater management practices.

We offer 24-hour availability of the NYSDEC required 4-Hour Erosion & Sediment Control (E&SC) Training.  Course access is immediate upon registration; completion documents are emailed to you within 24-hours.  Training blocks are segmented so you are not stuck at your computer for  4 consecutive hours.  We are less expensive than our competition, can take your credit card card without any issue, offer a help desk if you have difficulties, and there are NO quizzes. 

Under the SPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Construction Activity, certain contractors (Trained Contractor) and certain Qualified Inspectors are required to complete 4 hours of Department endorsed training in the principles and practices of erosion and sediment control (E&SC) every 3 years.
