We provide the full range of SEQR and Planning Board review services including sketch plan review, preliminary review, final approval and construction inspection of the array of projects before Planning Boards including single family residential subdivisions, residential multi-family projects and commercial/industrial site plans.  We have assisted municipalites in the establishment of escrow accounts to help cover the costs of review fees associated with these types of projects as well as creating a customized planning board checklist to insure all submittals meet with Town/Village requirements.
