| Project Engineer IV (Civil)
Responsibilities
Make and assist in the design of plans improving on the knowledge and skills obtained at Project Engineer III level. Attend planning meetings. Attend a minimum of eight hours per year of continuing education and update staff on what was learned. Assist in marketing and business development. Track with activity codes as part of annual goals. Responsible for site observation work including the taking of pictures. Compile site visit reports. Takes and drops off plans to clients or governmental authorities. Deals directly with permitting, zoning, planning and other officials on project issues. Maintain list of project milestones and issues that are being worked on. Assume significant responsibility for meeting schedule and quality goals.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution. Registration as Professional Engineer or equivalent experience.
Experience
Six plus years of engineering experience.
