Callicoon Culvert Replacement
Sullivan County, New York

The complex design and construction management project involved in the installation of 800 linear feet of 84-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe, under two ConRail tracks and between several buildings, through the center of the Hamlet of Callicoon. This project was funded by F.E.M.A., Sullivan County, NY, and the Town of Delaware, NY, in order to prevent severe flood damage in the Hamlet of Callicoon. J. Robert Folchetti and Associates L.L.C. worked closely with the County's representative in the design and construction phase to provide the best flood protection drainage system with the least disruption to the Hamlet.
